RICHIESTA D’OFFERTA PER LE JERSEY DELLA NAZIONALE 2016

Comunicato tratto dalla pagina di IPBS per presentarsi come fornitori ufficiali delle jersey per la nazionale italiana FIDASC che parteciperà alla World cup:

“Al fine di vestire tutte le nazionali con divise rispondenti ai requisiti dettati da EPBF, viene richiesta un’offerta per la fornitura di jerseys tecniche specifiche per il paintball aperto a tutti i fornitori di tale prodotto, sia italiani che esteri, per la sola stagione sportiva 2016, in occasione della partecipazione alla World Cup. L’offerta inviata dovrà rispettare le seguenti condizioni:

• La fornitura deve prevedere la produzione a titolo gratuito di una quantità minima di n°10 divise, in taglie miste da definire, con numerazione progressiva a partire dal numero 01.
• La fornitura deve includere la progettazione grafica della divisa, seguendo le specifiche dettate da EPBF in merito agli elementi grafici da includere e al loro posizionamento.
• La divisa può contenere il solo logo del produttore della jersey, non possono essere aggiunti altri loghi di aziende appartenenti al settore del paintball.
• FIDASC avrà la libertà di effettuare qualsiasi richiesta in merito all’inserimento di elementi grafici.
• Al fornitore verrà concessa l’esclusiva per tutto il 2016 per la produzione di versioni personalizzate della divisa della nazionale, su richiesta sia dei giocatori della stessa che di qualunque altro cliente, ad un prezzo prefissato che dovrà essere indicato nell’offerta. Il fornitore scelto avrà inoltre l’esclusiva sulla vendita di qualsiasi altro prodotto di abbigliamento e non, personalizzato con il tema grafico della nazionale italiana di paintball FIDASC.
• Il fornitore avrà piena libertà di pubblicizzare il servizio reso, gli saranno inoltre fornite immagini e loghi ufficiali da poter utilizzare.
• Le divise della nazionale dovranno essere tassativamente finite e consegnate entro e non oltre martedì 5 aprile 2016, con indirizzo di recapito da concordare.

La selezione della miglior offerta sarà basata sui seguenti criteri:

• Maggior numero di divise offerte a titolo gratuito, con un minimo obbligatorio di 10 pezzi.
• Miglior prezzo di vendita della jersey al pubblico, con inclusa la personalizzazione di nome e numero del giocatore richiedente.
• A parità di offerta i pretendenti saranno chiamati a riformulare la propria proposta fino all’individuazione del miglior fornitore.

OFFER FOR THE SUPPLY OF JERSEYS FOR THE NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES

In order to dress all national representatives according with the requirements dictated by EPBF, it is request an offer for the supply of specific technical jerseys for paintball to all suppliers of this product, both Italian and foreign, for one season 2016, on the occasion of participation in the World Cup. The offer submitted must meet the following conditions:

• The supplier must provide the free production of a minimum amount of n°10 jerseys, in mixed sizes to be defined, with progressive numbering starting from the number 01.
• The supplier must include the graphic design of the jerseys, according to the specifications dictated by EPBF about the graphic elements to be included and their positioning.
• The uniform may contain only the jerseys manufacturer’s logo. It is not possible to add other logos belonging to the paintball industry companies.
• FIDASC will have the freedom to make any request concerning the inclusion of graphics.
• The supplier will be granted exclusivity throughout 2016 to produce customized versions of the national representatives jerseys, at the request of both players the same as any other customer, at a fixed price that must be specified in the offer. The chosen supplier will also have the exclusive on the sale of any other item of clothing and not, personalized with the graphic theme of the Italian national FIDASC paintball representatives.
• The supplier will have full freedom to publicize their service. There will also be provided images and official logos you can use.
• The uniforms of the national representatives will absolutely be finished and delivered no later than Tuesday, April 5, 2016, with delivery address to be agreed.

The selection of the best offer will be based on the following criteria:

• Higer number of free jersey offered, with a minimum of 10 pieces.
• Best selling price of the jersey to the public, including the personalization of the applicant’s name and player number.
• On a comparable offer the claimants will have to reformulate its proposal up to the identification of the best supplier.
